Here at Fresh Element we’re passionate about three things: fresh, natural and local food. We specialise in creating delicious gourmet food in a variety of guises from formal corporate functions to private dinner parties and most things in between.

In December 2008 Fresh Element became the new food and drink partner at BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art and in February 2009 we opened Six, our stunning new restaurant on BALTIC's rooftop.

Our ethical approach to business means that we are keen to support our local food industry in any way we can. Wherever possible we source our ingredients locally and we have great relationships with the region’s finest artisan producers.
