Six and BALTIC
After months of planning we've just opened Six, our new restaurant on the rooftop of the stunning BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art. Fresh Element became BALTIC's new food and drink partner in December, and the opening of Six signal's the completion of this process. After a 2 week preview period and a glitzy launch party, we officially opened our doors to the public on the 23rd February.
Our Executive chef Richard Sim will be preparing his trademark style of food best described as British modern cuisine featuring the very best ingredients simply cooked and served in a relaxed and friendly setting. We bring to the restaurant our values of good, wholesome food, regionally sourced at a reasonable price with outstanding service in this spectacular venue.
We're running daily specials and lunch/early evening menus from £14 for two courses (see Richard's diary below for an idea of what to expect) and full menus and more information can be found on our website (the full site will be up and running very soon!).
