How It All Began
We love good food. And we quite like cooking too. Especially when someone else has already done all the hard work. This is the notion that encouraged us to start Fresh Element. We (Andy and Pete) teamed up with award winning chef Richard Sim and local entrepreneur Ian Brown to give the people of the North East great-tasting convenience food, hand made from the very best locally available ingredients.
